Combines lightweight with high strength: We select high-strength aluminum alloy grades such as 6061 and 7075. After T6 heat treatment, the tensile strength can reach 310-570 MPa. While ensuring the structural strength, the weight is only 1/3 of that of steel parts of the same volume. This significantly reduces the equipment load, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for weight reduction, such as unmanned aircraft, medical devices, and precision instruments.
Excellent corrosion resistance and surface compatibility: The naturally formed oxide film on aluminum alloy has basic anti-corrosion capabilities. Through customized surface treatments (such as anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating, etc.), the salt spray resistance can be further enhanced to over 500 hours, easily coping with humid and outdoor environments. At the same time, the surface after oxidation can be customized in various colors, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
High-precision processing adaptability: Aluminum alloy material has excellent cutting performance. Combined with precise CNC processing equipment, it can achieve a dimensional tolerance control of 0.01mm, meeting the forming requirements of complex structural components - whether it is an irregular cavity, a thin-walled part, or a multi-curved connection structure, it can precisely reproduce the design drawings and ensure assembly accuracy.
